Biotech Lab Module Request

The SUCCESS team asks that you please help us keep these kits in good working order so everyone can benefit from their use!

Loaner Kit Etiquette

Kits will be loaned on a first come, first serve basis.

Only one kit “type” will be loaned at a time.

Requests for the kits should be sent via email or fax.

Please submit your request at least 1 week before a kit is needed.

If you are out of the CCISD, please make arrangements for delivery and pick up directly with Angelica Chapa (Contact Info:  361-698-1395 or achapa24@delmar.edu).  We will try to coordinate a half-way meeting point for delivery and pick-up.

Please check the Inventory Sheet upon receipt of the kit.

Fill out and sign the Inventory Sheet when the kit is returned.

Please contact Angelica Chapa if there is a problem with the kit and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the kits are egregiously misused and returned with missing or extremely damaged equipment, the instructor will not be allowed to continue in the loaner kit program.

Policies regarding use may be updated and edited as the program proceeds to meet the needs of all the teachers and to insure that everyone is treated fairly and given the same opportunities to learn.
